The World Gastronomic Competition is the Society's flagship event — bringing together chefs and culinary talents to compete for international recognition and the Society's highest honours.
Chefs present their finest creations before the Society's panel of distinguished judges.
Entries are assessed on taste, technique, creativity and presentation by an expert jury.
Winners are awarded medals, certificates and a place on the WGS Chef Honour Roll.
