An honorary title for accomplished food connoisseurs, recognising refined knowledge and appreciation of gastronomy.

Master Gastronome

The Society's senior distinction for connoisseurs of exceptional standing and contribution.

Certified Private Chef

A graded certification recognising the skill and experience of private and personal chefs.

Chef of the Year

The WGS Chef Honour Roll

Each year the Society recognises outstanding chefs through its Honour Roll — a celebration of culinary mastery, creativity and contribution to the art of gastronomy.

Selections are made on the basis of the Society's own standards of excellence.
